Kalman Kaufman, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Kaufman served as Corporate Vice President of Applied Materials. Previously Mr. Kaufman was founder and President of KLA Instruments Israel, and General Manager of Kulicke and Soffa Israel. Currently he serves as chairman and director of several high-tech companies. Mr. Kaufman holds engineering degrees from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Galit Zuckerman, Founder & CEO

Ms. Zuckerman brings to Medasense over 10 years of engineering and management experience in the Israeli high-tech industry. Previously she led a team of algorithms engineers at Applied Materials, worked at Nokia-Siemens, Nice Systems, and as a consultant for several start-up companies in the field of signal and image processing. Ms. Zuckerman holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.

Dr. Itay Goor-Aryeh, Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Goor-Aryeh is an expert in pain medicine and anesthesia. He is Director of the Pain Management Center at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, Israel and former Chairman of the executive board of the Israeli Pain Association. Previously Dr. Goor-Aryeh served as Director of Invasive Pain Management Program at Beth Israel Medical Center Pain Clinic, Boston. He has published many articles on pain and pain management. Dr. Goor-Aryeh is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel-Aviv University. He completed his residency in anesthesia and a fellowship in anesthesia and pain management at Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston.

Dr. Mark Kliger, CTO

Dr. Kliger is an expert in signal processing, pattern recognition and machine learning algorithms. Prior to joining Medasense Biometrics he was a Research Fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has published many articles in the area of signal and image processing, statistics, machine learning and pattern recognition. Dr. Kliger holds a Ph.D. (summa cum laude) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Israel.

Nir Ben-Israel, Senior Algorithm Engineer

Mr. Ben-Israel is an expert in biomedical signal processing. Previously he was a Graduate Research Assistant at Biomedical Signal Processing Laboratory , Ben Gurion University, and performed a research on automatic diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. He has published several articles on biomedical signal processing and sleep disorders. Mr. Ben-Israel holds an M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering (summa cum laude) from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
