Job description:

  • Part time job – 70%-80%
  •  Offices are located in Ramat-Gan
  • As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office: Order office supplies

– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

 – Submit and reconcile expense reports

– Manage receipts and working directly to the accountancy agent

 – Book travel arrangements

 – Provide general support to visitors

  •  As an Operational  management :

– Assist in the legal/finance aspect of the company

– Having communication with shareholders and investors

– Managing HR inside and outside the company; helping with the recruitment of new employees, coordinate social events, Purchasing gifts etc.


  • Graduates with first degrees
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience (at least 2 years)
  • Having some experience in HR resources
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
